All Learning Leaders believe in Holistic personalised education. They encourage students to discover and build on their strengths and nurture and support students in areas where they need to develop.

Students have a collaborative, trusting and nurturing relationship with their Learning Leader. This nurturing relationship is a powerful ingredient for students to find and maintain personal excellence.
